Regency Medical Center LLLP

German American Partners (GAP LLC) organized Regency Medical Center LLLP in 2018 to capitalize on buying the Regency Medical Center, a lender-owned highly distressed 17,000 square foot medical office building located in Altamonte Springs, a suburb of Orlando, Florida. GAP LLC as General Partner of the LLLP is managing the renovation and reposition of the asset.
